Well done Ian, 3rd in the Australian Surfmasters Over 40's fantastic result - August 2012
Being surfing since I was five years old, i have been riding Jacksons when i was 15 and haven't looked back.
Married to Vanessa with Shardie 10 and Kye 6 both riding grommy boards.
I tried to surf every day, when i can, mostly at the Alley. I compete with Garie Boardriders and have been in many State and Aussie Titles over the years best result a fifth in the Aussie Titles.
Currently riding a 5'8 (fishkiller) Model D2 rounded square single to double concave and it performs well with critical turns and down line speed. I have a quiver at home over 20 boards, that some need putting in the museum.
I like to travel last trip been the Maldives which was, without a doubt, the best trip i had with waves 12 foot plus which they aren't known for.
